Conducted labor market and incentives analysis to support a Culinary Campus

StockPot, Inc., a maker of premium, fresh-refrigerated soups and a subsidiary of the Campbell Soup Company (“Campbell”) was interested in developing the first east coast “Culinary Campus.” BLS was retained to conduct a labor market analysis of the Richmond, Virginia area as a destination for this campus.

The new facility was expected to open in 2009, but has been delayed. The planned facility will be over 100,000 sf and employ 250-300 FT predominately semi-skilled employees across multiple shifts.
