BLS has served as Bloomberg LLP's strategic advisor and exclusive incentives representative since 1997. We designed and negotiated a $13 million sales tax exemption in connection with a planned data center expansion at the company's Princeton, New Jersey facility. In another recent project BLS implemented an overall community/government relations strategy that resulted in additional incentives as well as land use approvals and extended vesting of development rights on a 100-acre tract for which previous attempts for commercial development had failed.
Other BLS projects include the design and negotiation of a unique equipment lease financing facility, providing for substantial sales tax savings, and representation of Bloomberg in connection with the company's new headquarters building in New York City.
