Laura Gitlin joined the firm in 1998 following 15 years experience in real estate projects and public-private partnerships in the greater Philadelphia area. Benjamin Weisfuse is a Research Analyst based out of Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Co's New York City office. A member of the firm’s Incentives Advisory practice, Mr. Weisfuse helps determine the impact of site selection decisions on corporate clients by conducting legislative and political research as well as in-depth financial analyses. Prior to joining BLS, Mr. Weisfuse was with the Project and Development Services Group at Jones Lang LaSalle where he assisted clients ranging from a Wall Street investment firm to an integrated sports media company with due diligence, financial analysis, and the day-to-day management of their projects. Mr. Weisfuse is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego where he received a BS in Business Administration.

Iryna Hamkiv is a project analyst working with two years experience in developing complex financial models that enable the estimation of incentives values in context of a wide variety of projects, including build-to-suit projects, multi-phased mixed use developments, data centers and other projects. Ji Kim serves as Communications Director, overseeing the development and implementation of communications strategies in support of BLS incentives projects. Prior to joining BLS, she was responsible for developing marketing strategies for The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, supporting advertising revenues of $100 million annually and circulation revenues of $15+ Million annually respectively. She supported up to 30 Sales Managers and Directors with multi-media marketing plans. Ms. Kim is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology. She also holds a Six-Sigma Lean and Green Belt from Villanova University.
