
The firm advised and represented UBS in the development and implementation of an incentive strategy for a planned new tower in Jersey City, New Jersey and arranged for incentives in connection with a major improvement program for the company's existing 900,000 square foot facility in Weehawken, New Jersey for which no incentives had originally been obtained.
BLS developed a financing structure which enabled UBS to obtain incentives for both the new facility and the existing 900,000 square foot facility. BLS also advised and assisted PaineWebber in the incentives aspects of its merger with UBS.
