Laura Gitlin joined the firm in 1998 following 15 years experience in real estate projects and public-private partnerships in the greater Philadelphia area. Over the past few years, Laura has represented corporate clients in New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Virginia, taking on a wide range of matters, including negotiation of incentives packages for new projects and restructuring of existing incentives agreements.

Ms. Gitlin is a graduate of Emory University and has a law degree from the George Washington National Law Center.
