Richard Loeffler is Director of Planning & Approvals at BLS and brings 16 years of land use and development project management experience, including five years with our land use consulting group. He has served in project management and advisory capacities to users, developers and municipalities in a diverse range of project types, including office, industrial, warehouse/distribution and residential projects.

Mr. Loeffler received a BA in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia in 1980 and served in diverse land planning capacities with Zion & Breen Associates and HLW before establishing Bukhbinder Loeffler Associates in 1989, a firm specializing in site development approvals and related matters, primarily in New Jersey. He is licensed in NJ, NY and PA.
