Tracey Hyatt Bosman develops and executes incentives and location selection strategies for BLS & Co.'s corporate and institutional clients. She has twenty years of professional experience across a wide range of sectors, including data centers, manufacturing, headquarters, back office and contact center operations, and logistics.
Prior to joining the firm, Tracey spent more than five years as director of strategic consulting with Grubb & Ellis, where she also was co-leader of its national Clean Energy Practice Group and a member of the national Data Center Practice Group. Tracey is a certified economic developer, having worked at both the county and state levels, including as vice president of policy and operations for the Chicago-area Lake County Partners and Senior Manager of prospect activities for the South Carolina Department of Commerce. She also is frequently asked to speak and give seminars on emerging economic development topics.
Tracey holds a Masters in International Business Studies and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of South Carolina. She is CRE® certified by The Counselors of Real Estate, is a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and is a past Board Member of the Site Selectors Guild.
