Tracey Hyatt Bosman, CEcD, managing director at Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Company (BLS & Co.), has been awarded the CRE®(Counselor of Real Estate) credential by The Counselors of Real Estate®, an international group of high-profile real estate practitioners who provide expert advisory services to clients on complex real property and land-related matters.
As managing director of BLS & Co., one of the largest specialty site selection and incentives advisory consulting firms in North America, Bosman develops and executes location selection strategies for corporate and institutional clients. She has advised world-renowned companies in identifying the optimal locations, securing incentives, obtaining development approvals, and designing energy and other infrastructure strategies.

She is a certified economic developer, having worked at the county and state levels, including as vice president of policy and operations for the Chicago-area Lake County Partners and Senior Manager of prospect activities for the South Carolina Department of Commerce.
