Dale Schwebel

Dale Schwebel serves as a Senior Manager leading BLS & Co.’s Compliance Division with a specialized expertise in New Jersey’s economic development incentive program compliance requirements. Known for bringing structure and diligence to complex processes, Dale works closely with BLS’s clients to successfully maintain ongoing compliance submissions. In a similar capacity, Dale works closely with real estate developers and corporate clients in the coordination and review of public financing for development projects, including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Maintaining close coordination throughout the application and approval process, Dale has been instrumental in ensuring projects meet program requirements and documentation standards.

Prior to BLS & Co., Dale served as Project Manager for the New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO). Her experience included managing public sector economic development initiatives where she helped attract over $200 million in tax credits for numerous redevelopment projects. Dale’s experience includes a broad range of economic development incentives and management from her years managing both private development projects and public sector initiatives. As an expert in diverse forms of public sector incentives, she effectively guides BLS & Co. clients through increasingly complex application and compliance processes.

With a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Vermont, Dale's nearly 20-year career also includes roles for various political campaigns.
